Courtney Robertson

Courtney was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

Courtney regularly appears on behalf of her clients in a range of criminal matters in the Children’s Court and the Magistrates’ Court. Courtney has experience in a variety of matters including criminal offences, driving offences, intervention orders, bail applications and more.

In addition to her Criminal Law expertise, Courtney has a well-rounded skillset in Commercial Litigation, Wills and Estates, Employment Law and Family Law, offering comprehensive legal support across multiple areas.

Known for her compassionate, trauma-aware approach, Courtney ensures that every client feels heard and supported throughout their legal journey. Courtney takes the time to fully understand her client’s needs, tailoring legal strategies that align with their goals and ensuring they feel informed, involved and empowered through the process.
